If I use all of my Herd Helpers, the ability to create a regular, random horse disappears and does not come back, so I cannot create any horses, except through clicking on a shared Herd Helper on the forum.

Closing the page and coming back to it does not fix it. Refreshing the page does not fix it. Creating a shared HH form the forum does not fix it.

Currently, The random create a horse box is completely missing from my create page and I am unable to create any horses (except by clicking on shared HH's).
