I finally got the lease paperwork on the mare I’ve been riding all spring! It took me two months to convince her owner that she and I would be a good match and that she shouldn’t be standing around out of work. So excited to get her into some consistent work the next few weeks and see where we can go. Hopefully if this lease works out well her owner will be open to me purchasing her in the fall or next spring.
