Should I clear out my whole barn and start fresh, or keep everything the way it is?
-
I don't know, I'm tempted to just clear everything out and start fresh
But at the same time, if I did, I don't know what exactly i would do- -
When i was relatively new, i played around with different things until i decided what i wanted to do, scraping everything a couple different times. If i did it over, i would have just worked on building an extensive show herd first. I'd buy cheap pointed horses when i could and probably would buy cheap star and gold papered horses to breed foals just for gelding/ spaying to add to my show herd. Then when i decided what I wanted to breed, i'd already have a good start on a show herd to fund it.
I know when you get in a rut and aren't happy with what you're breeding, it takes some of the fun out of the game, so i'd play with lots of different gene combinations in my show breeders to see what i really like, then i could build a foundation herd from there.
Basically, what i'm trying to say is you don't have to scrap everything until you decide what you want to do. You could use whatever you have now to build a show herd or try new genes. There's no wrong way to play.#28036 -
I mean, I kinda want an Ice herd, and I have an Ice stallion, and mares I've bred with so far have given me the cutest foals
