Is there a way to see that you've been tagged in a message without going to the forum? I only check the forum once in a blue moon (if that) and now it seems I've missed Ammit tagging my username. Is there a way to add a red dot somewhere on the homepage (not the forum) to let people like me know that someone is trying to talk to them??

If I’m tagged in a message or get sent a PM or have someone respond to a forum thread I’ve “starred” I get an email. Maybe update your email address you use for the game and make sure messages aren’t getting sent to spam?

Do you play on your phone? I have the same issue, but I only play on my phone so I chalked it up to that. The only time I get a notification email is if I get a PM.

@Cheers, they aren't being sent to spam because I still get the pasture bred messages and the newsletters. I also get emails for PMs but not tags.

@Windigo I play on my computer and my phone but I don't get notifications at all on my phone and only after I've gone onto the forum on the computer (red notification dot only seen once on the forum and the black notification boxes only populate once I've been on the forum for a minute or two (at which point they are redundant and not helpful).

@smswiere jump on the forum here on your computer probably. Go across the teal header to where it says your name after your inbox. Up in the top left there is a list of links to change your picture, edit your account. One of the links is “My Preferences” and if you click that you can adjust what you get email notifications for, including being tagged in comments.

I figured it must be around here somewhere because I found out about your last comment from my email, not from opening the forum.
