Basic upgrade not activated

I purchased an upgrade today with IVs. But on the home page it still shows that I don't have an active upgrade. I have cleared cookies and logged out and back in.

Did you log out on the forum AND the game? You may need to go to your stable page, and log out using the left navigation panel link.

@ConfluenceFarms yes I did. This what my home page says "You have a Basic upgrade with 0 days left."
I sold the old upgrade thinking that would help but it didn't.
Under upgrade manager I still have two upgrades listed, the one I bought today says there are 365 days left and it is inactive; the one I bought last January 2020 is listed as active with 0 days left. However on the page to sale upgrades only the basic I bought today is showing up
Sorry if this is not making sense. I tried to upload screenshots but my phone won't let me. -
Logging out of the forum will never fix issues with upgrades on the game. Just an FYI. It only fixes when your forum account won't switch to a different account.
It shows active for me. I am guessing the zero-day one just needed to expire with a rollover.Need to contact me? Read this first. Only send me a PM for PayPal issues or if I ask you to. Otherwise, make a forum post. You will get a better faster answer by making a post.

I think you need to go to Member page and add it manuelly, DuelingHawks had help me with this issue last year, go into your upgrades. Been a year since i have done it so i need to go look to be exact. You cant run the old one with new one at same time

Right, thats why i thought you had to do it manuelly. Because mine when the old one ended i couldnt show my horses and that was why i had to go in manuelly to upgrade and clear the old one off, but that was last year.
