    I thought we were supposed to gift licenses to our Giftee by sending horses through the gift exchange “portal”, but I continue to get a message saying they are unable to receive the horse

    Can you maybe post a link to the horse(s) you’re trying to send them?

    I believe that you can only send foundation horses with a gene they don’t own the license for, but someone will need to confirm this.

    @DarkestNight I wasn’t sure if I should post the horse or not, I don’t want to ruin anything for my giftee, but I do know that she is a second generation

    Has to be a foundation horse with the gene for it to transfer the license and then when you go to gift it will tell you how many licenses for that gene you own and confirm you want to gift it.

    What I did was transfer the horse to make sure the license would be initiated onto their account for sure. Then I attached the new gene onto the horse after I checked to be sure they were on that account. Simply because I'm an over thinker and would mess something up. LOL
