Is there a way to give IV's to another player?

As the title asks :) I have a lot and am looking to distribute them amongst the community

There is no way to transfer them, only to purchase them for cash using someone else’s ID number.

I don't know if it will help, as it sounded like a bit of work, but CWScowgirl187 left recently and they used up IVs by purchasing project horses from different players, buying GMTs and boosts to work on them and sending them back after. They helped me finish one of my Freaky Friday girls.
