So I did this game a little over a year ago (see here), and I thought it would be fun to do it again. Credits to Wolvenfrost, who first started this over on the Bluegrass Server The idea is to pick your favorite stallion, you favorite son of that stallion, your favorite son of that son, and so on through the end of your generations. It's really cool to see how people's lines evolve over time.

I just tried to play with one of my studs, but he and most of g2 are passed now and I can't figure out how to get deceased horses to show in search. The toggle box just gives me 0 results.

I lost most my first set of horses from not playing for a bit and having them age out, but I managed to salvage a few lines before they all passed.
I didnt breed this boy but he was an early favorite for my original lines, he threw some really gorgeous babies.

I need to pay more attention to breeding my higher gens. Most of my boys trace back to outside lines. I get that, I love straws.

But I did find one very happy example. This fellow I won in a contest, and he was the very first I owned with my choice of work done.

I didn't breed this guy, but he is my favorite and has been a good jumping off point with my G2 mares.

@Seaswell - when searching for deceased horses, are you putting your userid in the "owner" box? Deceased horses are technically owned by the Archive, and so won't turn up in a search with your id there. I make that mistake a lot, which is why I'm mentioning it.

But also as VioletStables says, you should be able to access the stud via the pedigree of a still living horse, and then use that horses "family" link to find their foals (and tick the deceased box to include the dead ones).

Love this game! Sparklers was my first snowflake stallion and one of my first big GMT projects. He has extremely influenced my lines. He is now 19 years old and has stuck around through the last couple roll overs. I hope he stays a bit longer.

This is my longest line from one of my oldest, most favourite foundations, Snowfalls Echo. This line had a lot of outside blood, I decided once upon a time I wanted more than just snowflake in them!

This is one of mine that has probably seen the most change. I took a detour through a mare since I used a straw at G2. Unfortunately I haven't bred the last guy on this list yet due to other projects on here.

I've only recently started my even-bred lines - originally, I decided "I want brown pearl, brown & pearl are both hard to get, so I'll just collect what I can and go from there" and ended up bootstrapping... kind of.

None of Straight and Narrow's sons, even the S2S one, beats my current top studs, so that's probably the end of the line, paternally, but those studs have all made serious contributions to my current herd - a TON of my mares still go back to one or more of them. :)

I know I've already posted once but I had fun so I'm going to go again!

This line doesn't go all the way back to foundation but I picked this guy up in an auction and fell in love with him. He has greatly influenced my white 8/kit m line and his descendants go all the way to G9.

Drogon was one that wasn't used to his potential, as well as his son unfortunately... but he still made this pretty guy named "HawkEye". He is a Gen 2, 10.8PT A papered lad who is het macchiato, watercolor, snowflake, sooty +, and DP.

Then came Atomic after my break and he has quickly became a featured stud. He is consistently throwing high value foals for my facility. Super proud of him! He is a 10.9PT, high A paper, Gen 3 who is Hom SNF and DP and is het for macchiato, watercolor, with a sparkle of pearl.

Deacon was a stud I bought from you. I used him up 'till his very last season, and he ended up having more than 120 foals.

Hom watercolor, S+ and hom DP? Yes please. He's also an awesome producer for me - he's given me 5+ superior-to-sire sons to choose from so far, and he's only 10!

Immediately after I bought Deacon, I bred this guy out of one of my most favorite mares of all time. I decided to keep him and use him along side his half-brother (and named him to match). Also used this guy until his very last season, and he has 160 foals & 8 superior-to-sire sons!

MX3 Fairhaired Angel
He's old & varnished out now, but boy was he a quite a looker when he was younger! For a little while he was a benchmark stud for me.

This boy actually has Diaconate in his pedigree twice - his dam & sire are half siblings. Yet still some nacre snuck in! Also haven't bred him much yet, I definitely need more gen4 mares in my program.

Anyway, just wanted to show some appreciation for Drogon. I was a big fan, and he's had a big influence in a lot of my Macchiato lines. He is fondly remember here at Full Spectrum Farms. :)

Definitely my favourite ever stallion is Starchild Solorn, I loved doing the contest to win him as well. I ended up splitting his line into 2, one liver satin kp and the other nexus satin kp, I'm a bit concerned the ice 5 is being bred out though.

This line isn't necessarily my favorite because i have too many favorites, but i'm really proud of this line and it runs back to some of my very first horses in the game, including my first GMT project. The last guy is my newest bootstrap prospect.

I wanted to show this one to. This is the sire line from my 4G chimera. Malachy is a "natural" chimera, meaning he was born one and not merged. The funniest thing about this line is the foundation sire is not a chimera but every single 2g+ is. =))
