Premium Subscription not "updated"...?
  • This account has been premium for a while, auto-renew on, etc. I saw on my homepage that I only had a few days left before it renewed... That being said, I had money in my bank account to cover it. I'd literally just got paid. I still have more than enough for it. Today, though, I notice my premium has run out and didn't renew like it should've. I have a basic account now, only because my premium didn't renew. I was going to just pay to get premium again, but didn't want to do this in case it would mess Ammit up in checking the issue.

  • Have you double checked on Paypal? You may need to send her a PM with your account information (#), I will also let her know, but I would see if there was a problem on Paypal first.

    Just FYI - It may also have to wait until tomorrow.

  • @ConfluenceFarms, I haven't. But I'll check when I get off work. I was going to, but was rushing to get to work and didn't have time.
    I also don't mind waiting until tomorrow.

  • Send me a Pm. Either Paypal was unable to make the charge, or the game didn't respond when Paypal told it about the charge. Sometimes like credit cards it just declines for no reason. Check your PayPal though. It will tell you if you were charged and when your subscription will next attempt to charge.
    Need to contact me? Read this first. Only send me a PM for PayPal issues or if I ask you to. Otherwise, make a forum post. You will get a better faster answer by making a post.

  • Mine did that because the card expired and i forgot to update the information on paypal. Updated it and i think about 24 hours or so it went through.

  • @Haltanny, that's a valid reason to not work. Mine was extra weird, though, because everything was as it should be. My card wasn't expired, I had the money, the subscription in PayPal was still active. Just it was somehow "stuck" on taking it out October 9th and never actually did. Even 2 days later it was still saying it would take it out October 9th, 2020. I guess I shouldn't expect anything different in 2020.
