Chat Rules Settings- Placing horses for sale/breeding

I have a chat room in which I recently changed the rules to "Only moderators can stand horses for breeding in this buddy chat. Basic Upgrade Required", since I wanted to be able to post horses for breeding/sale from my alternate.
However now, as the owner, I cannot post any of the horses from my primary account. Is this how that feature is *supposed* to work?Folly's Fantasies #43484 (she/her): Horses, straws, and eggs from my Doubleskunk tribute herd are always free.
