Public Sale/Buddy chat bug

I'm not sure it's a bug or not, but I had my Clean Slate up for my bestfriend as a gift through our private buddy chat. but somehow they're still showing up on the public sales board.

IR RS Clean Slate
This horse was supposed to be for Alohomora because she was having a hard time with her doggie. I'm not sure how that horse got on the public sales board because it was in a closed buddy chat with just us in it.
