I have WAY too many IVs hanging around my barn, and with the sea pony create event, I'm starting to stock up on GMTs too. I'd like to sponsor a contest so I can give them away, but I'd like someone else to actually host the contest. I'm able to give 2 prizes: custom foundations worth 50 and 30 GMTs.

I'm open to ideas, but I would like the contest to help people learn some aspects of the game, whether that be the FAQ, Breeder's Clubs, or the new horse search. If possible, I'd like it to be something where you can't just get everything right by checking other people's answers. The contest absolutely must have objective winners (i.e., the most points wins vs the host just picking their favorite entry).

I couldn't host, but maybe a quiz by PM. Multiple choice answers to questions based on the FAQ and forum announcements. Maybe some bonus Facebook page knowledge. Players entering post a horse they're proud of onto the game announcement thread and the host sends them the quiz by private message.

A few possible questions:

What is the longest color name you can find in your herd?

What is the rarest (fewest living examples) Rank Special in the game?

What is an example of a color you cannot find on the horse search using the “Color Name” write in space?

What is an example of a Gene that has a “generic” name in the color name?

What is an example of a gene that only shows up in the color name sometimes?

What is the scientific explanation of X real life gene in the Genetics Guide?

How many living foals does a stallion have to have to qualify for a Top Producer board?

Do all of a mare’s offspring count towards her Top Producer ranking, or just her best ones?

How many Breeders Clubs can a horse be entered in? (Max number?)

I've got an idea going off of RoseFlute's, you can take the quiz idea and take it to a Google form and the form can actually grade it for you. It takes so work to set up at the beginning, but then you wouldn't have to spend a whole bunch of time "grading" everything. I would be happy to create the quiz if you decide to go with this option! Would that be like co-hosts?
