For me I don’t look at PT, consistent or inconsistent, I look at where they place in shows. Are they winning everything? Are they placing somewhere in the middle? Or are they dead last every time? If they are dead last, are they still in training? If they are they get a pass till they are done training, but if they still are placing last when they’re done training, they go to the auction.

I will say anything that has a PT under 7 rarely make good show horses, they just don’t get trained long enough to make a difference
