PayPal bug?

    I am trying to add three separate genes to a horse and everytime I add the second one to my cart the first one disappears. It looks PayPal wants me to purchase them one at a time, which I know Ammit doesn't like, plus I would like the GMT incentives. Is anyone else having this same problem?

    I’m having the same issue. I’m on mobile, tried WiFi and lte network neither fixed it ^_^

    Exit: also rebooted and no change

    Some people who have had similar issues on FB solved them by rebooting their system and/or clearing their cache.

    @BlackWyld I've tried on multiple devices and I'm still having the same problem so I'm not sure clearing my cache would help. :(

    Clearing your cache and restarting whatever you are using fixed it for me! Definitely try it. Also log out of PayPal and back in

    I moved this to help me out since it is a Paypal bug not a game bug. Very frustrating.

    It might potentially be an issue with your system blocking or having hung cookies. It might also maybe be an issue with Macs according to a post for 2012.

    Unfortunately, the Paypal forums are not allowing new posts right now because of COVID staffing issues so I can't ask there.

    I would try resetting cookies and changing browser types to see if we can track down the issue. It is not one I am experiencing so I can not troubleshoot it myself. I did test clear cookies and that did reset my cart so I am pretty dang sure if you are having issues it is because your system is blocking/deleting Paypal cookies. You might also have your Paypal cookie sets set so that it won't use cookies for you.

    I'm not sure if this will help, as I'm definitely not a tech expert. But when I've done my purchases this month, I've left the PayPal tab open (didn't click the continue shopping) and went back to my other tab with the upgrade page open. It left everything in my cart when I did it this way. I'm on mobile (Android) with the Google browser.

    I ended signing in/out of PayPal a few times and it seems to have righted itself on my end. ^_^
