You will select the horse you wish to keep (must all be unbred foundations or full siblings), scroll all the way down to the bottom of the GMT lab page and there will be a box that says Chimera Management. You will then select the horse you wish to basically delete and merge the DNA to the previous horse. The stats (paper, PT, etc) of the first horse will be kept, and you will have two different sets of DNA. Keep in mind, merged horses become bred by the HAJINC University and are no longer eligible to have RGS modifications done.

It costs 10 GMTs, so make sure it’s horses you will actually use! This is the mare I merged

The first set of DNA was one individual horse, and the second set of DNA was a second individual horse. I merged the horses, because both carried DP, but one carried a copy of cream and the other carried a copy of Dun which are both things I am breeding into my new line. This way, I will always get one or the other.

Merging just takes two horses, combines their DNA into two possible outcomes, and gives the stats from the first horse you select.
