We just have too many people online and generating images over and over. :))Need to contact me? Read this first. Only send me a PM for PayPal issues or if I ask you to. Otherwise, make a forum post. You will get a better faster answer by making a post.
I sometimes get busy and miss things. If your private message, question, etc. gets missed please ping me so I can follow up with you. I am also always happy to explain or clarify. (HAJ does not have a customer service email, please send me a forum message! )

Rerolling will stay disabled for at least another day (I'll monitor how it behaves with the first day of breeding today) refreshing images is back available again.
Last night we had almost 250 people playing simultaneously. Most creating horses, checking on foals aging up and playing with the new chimerism mechanics. Normally our system handles this just fine because we have a render farm that handles our image generation. The more requests we get the more servers get spun up for our render farm. It all happens automatically in the background. Well, last night on top of huge loads for us Amazon (who hosts our render farm) was also experiencing huge global loads. They simply ran out of the type of server we use. That meant we were capped at 6 servers running images when we probably needed 8 to 10. That combined with people refreshing images over and over when they didn't load fast enough caused the bottleneck.
Because this issue was mostly situational we do not expect it to be any sort of reoccurring issue, but as I said above, we will be keeping an eye on it today before opening things back up fully.Need to contact me?
