Pulling eggs/GMTing question

So I know this has been asked and answered before, but I don’t remember the answer and can’t find the post anymore.
I’m wondering if I can pull eggs and keep GMTing a mare?
I won’t use the eggs at all, since I know that would disqualify her for GMT work, but I know it will take me at least 2-3months to finish her, so I want to pull eggs if I can.
