Paper Levels (Closed)
  • I can’t seem to find a section in the FAQ guide about paper levels. Can someone help me?
  • Sure, what's your question? :)
  • I was wondering what each paper level means. I also have a few other questions that I can’t seem to word correctly right now, so I’ll post them later.
  • Paper levels determine breeding ability. Your studs go by (lowest to highest order) Showable Only, C, B, A, Star. Your mares go by (lowest to highest order) Failed, Yellow, Red, Blue, Gold.

    Showable Only/Failed = some value less than 100% (I’m thinking below 90-95%)

C/Yellow = up to 100% (your C/yellow Rank Specials and Perfect Foundations are guaranteed 100%)

B/Red = 101%-109% (your B/Red Rank Specials, Exceptionally Perfects, and Exceptional Producers are guaranteed 105%)

    A/Blue = 110%-119% (at least I’m fairly certain it’s 119%)

    Star/Gold = 120% and up

You can use comparison testing (available for 8k per horse to basic upgrades, 4K per horse to premium upgrades) to try to determine where in the range each individual horse falls, and how your horses match up to siblings, same gender parents, and other horses of similar lineage.
  • Just a quick note, PT scores are only guaranteed on Rank Specials, Perfect Foundations, Great Show Horses, Exceptional Show Horses, and Exceptionally Perfect horses.

Perfect Foundations, Great Show Horses, and Yellow Paper Rank Specials - 9.9 PT

Exceptionally Perfect, Exceptional Show Horses, and Red Papered Rank Specials - 10.4 PT
  • Thanks! That basically answered the other questions also.
  • Every time I've comparison tested it tells me they are about the same. I tried it to see which gen2 would be better but it always tells me they are about the same. It seems like a waste of money the way I'm doing it?

  • @WolfDen Are you testing siblings to each other? To their parents? I’m happy to help you troubleshoot if you want to send me a PM, and we can look more in-depth

If you keep getting the “about as good as” result, that means they are all within the same range of breeding ability %s.
    Thanked by 1WolfDen
