It happens sometimes. It means that she has a really low PT. When you create a foundation horse, unless it is from one of the herd helpers that specifies quality rather than just color, the game rolls the random number generator twice, once for breeding ability and once for training ability. Sometimes this means that the horse is really bad at showing, but if it passes breeding advice it can be just as good a breeder as any other foundation. It isn't worth trying to show her, but if she is a color you like, put her in your pasture and leave her there for breeding.
