What's going on with that tail? So cool!

This guy didn't pass testing but hes sure going to be a flashy show pony! That tail! :x I'm assuming it's the splash playing a part but I've never seen that before! So cool.

My guess would be yes, it's splash. I've got these three with varying degrees of stripey-tail, all with splash:

It seems to be more striking in the foals, but I have a few non-babies with stripey too. :)
