We now have a fully functional sabbatical system. If you find that a member is sowing discord in the community please send me a private message (preferable with documentation and other witnesses to the issue). If I find that this user is consistently making the community a worse place they will be isolated from the rest of the community. It could be for a few days up to permanent isolation. It is a way to deal with members who don't break the rules but are generally not nice people. It is pretty unlikely that someone will go on sabbatical with only a single one-time complaint. It has to be pretty obvious that there is a continuing pattern of toxic behavior.
