Unable to Buy Horses

When I go to buy a horse it just says purchase this horse but no amount. Is any one else having this problem?

It is the same with all my accounts. Did I do something I wasn't suppose to do?

I checked mine, and same thing. No amount, but says for sale via chat room membership. But I'm a member of the chat room.

It is weird that this is happening. It is like this on the green server only. Must be a bug.
