I have tried quite a few times on both servers to sign up for the newsletter. It always tells me I'm already signed up but I've never gotten a single one. I always get emails stating my pasture foals have arrived or that someone messaged me, but never a newsletter. I've searched for it to no avail. So I miss out on the new news and never got my 1000 point show pony for either of the servers. Anyone else have this issue before?

~~It's been a while since the last one went out. I see that you joined on 1-8-20, and I am pretty sure there hasn't been one since then. You may have to wait until the next one, to know for sure.~~

Well, I see that people are talking about a new newsletter being out. I haven't seen it yet, but I will see what I can find out!

The last one I got was 11/13/2019, if that helps at all.

I can't can't find the last one in my emails, but I think the last newsletter was about Christmas when the sugar plums fairy was shared.

Newsletters get sent to spam in Gmail. You have to rescue one to get them in your regular email.

Weird. The last one came out 12/24 and is from hunt&jumpnews instead of hunt and jump like notifications.

I keep trying to sign up for it (since early November 2019) but haven't ever gotten one. When I hit the submit button to subscribe to it, it acts like it doesn't take it. Yes, I have checked spam and junk mail folders.

Same, it's not in any of my folders. I started my BlueGrass server account around early November and didn't get any newsletters, and then I tried again with this account in early January. I didn't know if it was an easy fix or something maybe. Oh well!

I just found my new one in the promotions folder in gmail.

I use gmail for hunt and jump emails and they sort things into weird categories so I have to go looking for it. Hunt and Jump notifications are in Social I think, and the newsletter in Promotions

We sent one out yesterday. If you did not get one it is not because we did not send it it is because your email is hiding it from you.

With Gmail you can turn off that horrible social/promotions etc filtering.

I found it in my promotion folder! I couldn't even find it through the search function lol! Thank you! I'm so happy to have my show pony and special gift horses!
