    Quite a few horses in the game I've seen have the tack pack item: "KD So Shiny Spray". My question is how do I get it? Was it a limited time tack pack or?

    I believe it is a premium tack item. It's been so long since I had a basic I can't remember for sure. It's in the main tack pack about half way through.

    It's a basic tack item but yes, you do need to have a premium upgrade to use it :)
