    Someone put a single strand of nexus on my mare durning Christmas in exchange for several of the new rank specials. I sent her a message on January 1st asking which horses she would like and how she wants to pick them up; however there has been no answer. What should I do?

    If your on desktop or full site (on mobile) then you can click on their name and it has a bit of information about their last activity and account information.

    If your on mobile I find it easier to use the search users under the community tab and that will bring you to their barn page which will also say when they last logged in.

    When was the last time you sent them a PM?

    I usually just check their barn page. If I message and someone doesn't reply but their barn page says they have been online, I poke them again. Lol
