GMT/roving gene sales question
-
I breed for Hom DP silver bays. What would mushroom do to that color?
-
It doesn't really seem to change the color that much.
-
It’s really more of a red based gene, or has much more of an impact in chestnuts and palominos (especially when DP is involved).
-
Yes. I've got mushroom livers on Bluegrass.
-
Chinchilla is fun with bay. I don’t know whether the new chocolate gene would be fun—too busy trying to sort out my pastures to look at that yet!
-
I'm floating between this one and Bluegrass. Luckily I don't have many horses on this account, small pastures. ;) Bluegrass on the other hand...I might be done about the middle of the month...maybe.
-
I am not sure about bay chinchilla but @RipshinCreekFarm added chocolate to a silver black chninchilla and the results are stunning!

Breeding for all version of black drafts using chimera foundations.
Help me build my black brindle army!
Always looking to buy B/Red foundation brindle drafts in black, blue roan, grullo, classic champagne, etc.
I can be very scatterbrained and forgetful so if I don't get back to you in a decent amount of time just poke me.Thanked by 1RipshinCreekFarm -
