Bulk "send to auction" button

I tried to use the bulk send to auction button today and it did not work for me. Do you need to have special access or upgrades to use this feature? If so that is a bummer as it would make sending large amount of horses to auction soooooo much easier. thanksThank you and have a fantastic day
