GMT and Boosting decision

I've used a few GMT tokens and bought some genes for my Ghost of Christmas Present stallion and I'm not sure how I want to finish him. I am planning on adding another kit gene but I'd love to give him a boost and have used up all my extra spending cash already. So I need to decide to use the few GMT's I have left for tobiano and all my hbs for a 1% boost or not get the boost at all and go for sb2 that I'd like. Do any of you have opinions on what would be best for him?
PS Ghost Present -
I'd boost him, personally, but i only use B papered foundation studs in my barns. Sent early Christmas gift to help make the decision easier. :D#28036
