So I have 5 mares I want to auction off on the forum but I wasn’t sure exactly how I should do that. Should I auction them off one at a time? Or do I put them all in one post? How would that work?

You can put them all in the same auction, just post links to all horses and then make a list at the end for people to post their IDs and bids for each respective horse. You will have to end the auction for all horses on the same date to make it easier for everyone, including yourself.
