I was going to clone this mare, for no other reason than shes my favorite :)) however she doesnt show up in the list in the cloning lab, why?

I'm not sure if KP is one of the genes that clone. I know most fantasy ones don't.

DP yes, KP no. And you cannot add RGS genes to clones, only GMT lab genes

Just remember closed genes do not clone. I have also found tiger eye does not clone either
