Unable to Paper Horses - Just got the Level 2 membership

Yesterday I got the level two membership, but I am unable to do the papering of my horses or change my stable name. The boxes are still grayed out and it takes me to the "Upgrade Your Account" page when I click on it. I did however get the extra 15 boxes.
I was just wanting to know if this is normal. Is it for a certain period of time or just while the transaction completes?

Have you hit the log out button and logged back in?Need to contact me? Read this first. Only send me a PM for PayPal issues or if I ask you to. Otherwise, make a forum post. You will get a better faster answer by making a post.
