When looking at leveled off horses, the intact ones normally level off when their age matches the whole number of the PT. So your second horse is intact, and her PT is 4.9, meaning she leveled off at 4 years old. Since she is already 4, she was leveled off the day she was created. For your first horse, she is spayed, so she levels off when she turns 5. For altered horses, they normally level off the year after the whole number of the PT (she’s a 4.2, so she levels off at 5 years old). This at least has been my experience when it comes to when the horses level off, someone else might have something to add. Hope that makes sense!
