Tattoo issue

I was creating a tattoo for another user so that I can learn and practice and for some reason it will not upload for them. According to the program I use (GIMP) it is 25x25 pixels could it be the hosting site I'm using that is disrupting the size?

I've also used GIMP, and haven't had any issues... but I haven't tried to transfer anything through another site. When i "open image in new tab," it does say that it's 26x26, so maybe try a different way to transfer the file?ID 49814 | Chocolate grullos, with satin & nexus
