It looks like the interaction of his Wild Bay with the Roan gave him this color, inherited from mom. She is also very pretty, I'd like to remove the rabicano, since I think it detracts from his cool color, but we'll see. -
@RiverMeadows that cool looking muddy color is the result of homozygous sooty on wild bay buckskin. If you do decide to take off the rabicano, the base color will stay the same. Your foal is lovely!ID 43830
