I know it's steep compared to usual but would you consider 2.5 million.? Please allow me to explain first. I am planning to try boosting 4 Cherry Drop mares to ExPro/ExPer status over the next couple of months so they match with my Second Star and other Liver Studs and my Bay stud Rayet. It's an expensive endeavor and may not happen as I hoped because it will certainly involve mostly real money from my business. I've sold back all their foals in hopes to go for it though.

2.5million plus what I have saved already would let me boost one to where I want her, at a quarter the price.
In addition to adding DP to your foal I'd be happy to sell you a couple of years of the mare's eggs for 1hbs each and a year from my boosted Liver Cherry Drop for the same.
