What Hour is Appy Hour Again?

I can't seem to find where it says what hours Appy Hour runs, and any time I check throughout the day it does not seem to be going on. I am on Pacific time and I know the game is on Eastern Time.
What hours (Eastern like the game) does Appy Hour run?✿ Kismet | #38280 | Bootstrapping Excellence ✿ -
Fridays only 4pm -5pm EST I believe. It starts at 1pm PST for me. Some people say their appy hour lags a few minutes so make sure the create page says its appy hour!Dabbler in EVERYTHING.
