Is There A Delay in Appie Hour?

I was watching the clock cause I was excited to use Appie hour with the Baroque RS. I made her in the first 10minutes after 4pm but she didn't come out Appie?

Is there a small lag in the activation for Appie hour? It's not really a big deal but I'll remember it and time creations better if there is.

It's only Appy Hour if it says it is. I don't know of there is a delay.Need to contact me? Read this first. Only send me a PM for PayPal issues or if I ask you to. Otherwise, make a forum post. You will get a better faster answer by making a post.
