Should I Boost Him Again?
-
This glorious boy is to be my benchmark second gen stud in my mushroom line.
Not only is he a stunner but he is the perfect memorial legacy for his parents that are at risk of aging out any season now.
He has already received two 1% boosts which brings him to test superior to an Exceptionally Perfect horse even though he is still B papered.
My question is, should I give him one more boost or leave him as is?
My worry is that, even though I want him to be a high quality breeder, he will be paired with the offspring of mostly Perfect Foundation or regular yellow foundation stock and I don't want him to be so far superior to the mares that few of their offspring pass SBA.
One more boost should just bring him up to an A paper.

If he is superior to sire and as good as your other G2 B stock, then I wouldn't.
I actually only just bred my own Thumper baby :x can't wait for him to age up

I don't have experience with boosting but I would be worried that you could make him just good enough that you'd have even more spelds than usual which would be a bummer.BREEDING DARKNESS (ok black liver but it sounds cooler)

Focusing on the tallest riding horses -
I like A papered gen2s, but if your mares are mostly reds from C/yellow crosses then I think a high B would likely be better for you
