I was looking over some of my bootstrap mares and noticed this:

The white stripes are from the appy, but what's going on here with the light vs. dark stripes?
(I equipped the full mane tack so you can see the difference better) -
Bronzing... maybe?

You can get 3 toned manes from appy! Here's another example, you can see the darker brown, lighter brown, and the inbetween. The horse is a bay base though, not a champagne

Thanks @ObsidianKitsune. I guess I've never noticed before, since usually the effect is more muted. I wonder if I could successfully breed for this exaggerated effect?

Pretty sure it is an art glitch as I remember reading a post about the same thing a good while back. I could be wrong with my forgetful memory though.
