Hi, I'm SolAurea. I just got into this game after searching for new browser games to play, and so far I was liking it.

The problem is, my account got locked all of a sudden and apparently I don't get an appeal, or an explanation. Ammit says I threatened her, but I know for a fact I didn't. I hate confrontation. She won't explain why she thinks I have threatened her or how she got to that conclusion.

I have begged her to let me back into my account, but she won't budge. Or explain anything, reaching the point of calling me immature. What's happening here, Ammit? What happened, why are you locking me out, and why won't you explain anything to me? Why don't you at least let me appeal my ban? This is a misunderstanding, I'm sure. Just tell me why you think I did such a horrible thing and let's look at the facts.
