@pestilenttempest that only happens when Wrong Warp is hom :) When it's het, it leaves the dun alone, and just turns the horse funky colours

Yup! Either hom, or another gene on the nexus site. I know it works with axiom blue.

Examples of warped dun, with hom WW and het WW het Nb

Whereas if the horse is only het, like this baby (and the one at the top of the post) nothing is warped, just the "wrong" colour.
