So today has been utterly horrible. My car, which was in an accident and undrivable for 18 months, was finally fixed up, just in time to get an emissions test so I can get my new tags. But I had lost the keys. So a friend towed it to a place where they can make the special key I needed. Then he towed the car to Brakes Plus because it needed a front-end alignment. I headed over to meet him, and my day went to hell.

First, the vehicle I was in suddenly blew a tire. I had to pull over and wait in the heat for my dad to come with a jack.

Second, we got the spare on and got it to the tire place right across from Brakes Plus. It was my mom's van and she didn't have enough money to pay for everything she needed so I gave her all the money I had left.

Third, we learned from Brakes Plus that I need another part replaced to make my car driveable and they wouldn't do the alignment without that part, so I'd wasted all that time.

Fourth, once my mom's car was fixed I went to load her wheelchair back in. The mechanic had put the spare tire where the wheelchair goes so I pulled it out and put it on the curb. But I wasn't thinking about how rubber bounces, so when I dropped the tire a couple inches it bounced back and smashed me right in the jaw.

So now I have no car, no money, and probably a broken jaw. I hate life so much right now.
