Unable To GMT Stallion

Just bought this stallion from the foundation rescue for a GMT project but he's not showing up on either the RGS list or the drop down list in the GMT lab. He's unbred and 3 years and I've tried logging in and out, just in case. But that didn't help, so I don't know why he's not showing up but I'm sure there's something I've overlooked!

He needs to be genetically tested if I recall correctly! Once that’s done, he should pop up!
