Pearl Question

So awhile back I introduced pearl into my herd. Now it's in full swing and it courses through about a quarter of my horses genetics. My question is, is it the pearl causing this girl to not look like a real grullo as I know it?
Shot to the Heart -
Yes! That's the only thing that affects the base coat in that string of genes. It might be different from a full Pearl because the cream acts a little differently than two Pearl alleles, but it's definitely strong enough to change the looks of a dun. :)

Love it with silver too and S+.
The pseudo pearl with the cream creates a lighter effect than the hom pearl.
