    I know we had this discussion around Christmas time pertaining to SS, but I cannot for the life of me find the answer. Is it "legal" for me to pay someone in hbs to put watercolour on a horse? I do not own a watercolour license. I would love to pay someone to put watercolour on my like-minded boy but thought I should probably ask here before going about that. I know there were plans of this possibly being implemented into the game.

    It is perfectly legal and many people make quite a brisk buisness of it now.
