Mr. Meteoric Milestone Has GP?

I randomly got 2 foals out of my Meteoric Milestone line that are registerable in the Gulastra Plume breeders club. I (to my knowledge) don't have any GP in any of my lines and these lines are almost entirely in-house, so did the GP come from Mr. Meteoric Milestone?
