My Onyx! Opinions please before I do any more gmt work? He's finished thank you everyone!

He is Hom DP and het onyx! I'm not sure what will happen to him if I add sooty...will he become liver? I kinda like the red, would he be red liver perhaps? I really want to add dun or nd1 as well. I'm open to suggestions as well! I'm so excited for him!
Onyx Dun It -
Yep he'd become liver red and depending on if you add 2 copies of sooty, he might get a bit darker. Randig is hom DP hom sooty but the roan and (EDIT) onyx diluted him. You can see his picture below as an example.

Just be careful, onyx is a dun gene- if you do wanna add nd1, be sure to add it to strand two. ;)

@Amgr1992 It will give him lovely pronounced dapples, with a darker top line that becomes a delicious coppery color at the belly.
Like this lady, although she also carries nd1 so the copper color is a bit muted

Sty + does lighten them a little compared to sty but it seems to make more contrast too, so many of them have nice dapplesThanked by 1Amgr1992

I can't get the image to update but I added PATN1, Dun, sooty, sooty+, and tobino to him and he's so cute! Hes finished! Winning the lottery and my Sea Ponies helped finish him!
