If you go to the horse search and type in 13 as the owner ID, all of the horses in the foundation rescue will show up.

To add to the great information above:

I do not know of any rescue for Exceptionally Perfect or Exceptional Producer horses (though I wish there was). The Foundation Rescue (account 13) ONLY takes in Perfect Foundations without foals and under age 7, then offers them for sale for 2750 hbs.

Any horse from account 13 is guaranteed that it will pass SBA, paper C/Yellow, and have 9.9 PT.

From the auction horses I have tracked, B/Red papers and/or 10.4 PT means if the horse is not bid on by a player, it gets yummed (deleted). When I am scouting out Rank Specials in auctions, I search for the ExPro and ExPerfect Rank Specials first. The PF Rank Specials without any player bids will be saved by Foundation Rescue, but the RS with higher stats will not!

We also have a different rescue, Hajinc Rescue, on account 9. Those are lined horses with VERY high stats. Hajiinc Rescue horses can only be obtained by bidding on them during auction time.

DancingRiver, you can do a search and select "for sale" and type "Exceptionally Perfect" into the tattoo slot. That will give you every ExPerf for sale

@DancingRiverRanch, because the Rank Specials do not wear the default Exceptionally Perfect tattoo, I just look them up individually by name. I COULD search by paper or PT, and thus run less searches, but then I miss out on all the untested horses.

Some of these horses, like the anniversary specials, are not currently available. Most of the others have very limited specific release days on the Forest Server, so I do not always search for all of them.
