Searching for Assistance with a Tattoo

I have made a tattoo for my stable. It looks really nice on the super dark horses and the light horses, but the ones in between not so much. I think it needs a light- colored border. If anyone would be interested in helping me, I would appreciate it and we can discuss a price if willing.
These are the tattoos on this stallion. As you can see they don't show up on him very well.
