I was a bit worried since I had ~80 horses in risk of aging out this month - the most I've had so far. But I got lucky and only had about 8 passed away! Guess the reaper skipped my stables this time. It makes me worried about next month, though!

Anybody else get lucky this month or maybe had one horse you were rooting for make it one more month?

Same! I believe I only had ONE horse pass out of like.. A page? That was at risk.

I only had one horse at risk, but he’s a high hb earner, and he slipped past the reaper again this month! He’s now 19 :) how exciting!

Maybe Ammit wanted a lot of horses to be able to celebrate the anniversary? ;D

I lost a 132 of a possible 830. It's just completely random. I don't think Ammit does anything to change it :) I think it's a 20% chance that a horse 17 or older will pass

I had a light year this year as well.

I don't count the number of horses, but I go by how much my nightly bonus drops. This was a pretty light year, I only lost 14,000 hbs per night. That shouldn't be too hard to recoup, if I can only remember to bid in the auctions!

I lost 2 out of 47 this go round, not bad at all!

My losses were much lower this month, too—only about a quarter of what I usually lose. I like to look over my oldies one last time, and I didn’t have as much time to do that in May, so I appreciate this opportunity to have more time with them in June!

My theory is that retirements may have been impacted by the newly implemented asynchronous system. Thanks for bringing this up, Spectrum! I did feel like my bonus did not drop as much as normal, but I had not actually counted up my losses until I saw your post.

@Spectrum i didn't think you were lol It is nice to see so many stick around though! Maybe it was the horses themselves who wanted to celebrate :))
